Hotel 101 Fort Gala with Officemates

The stay is very good near to SM Aura. Just walk several steps. The hotel is so clean that you will enjoy. The pool and gym area arw so wow.

Overall, the hotel experience was decent. However, using the elevator was challenging as it was always full during rush hours in the morning and evening. The streets were also quite busy and noisy since it’s located just outside BGC.

Great budget hotel around BGC the Fort just across SM aura mall and walking distance to market market. Friendly staff and prompt housekeeping with excellent care to guests. Only downside was only 5 ironing equipment for the whole hotel. Waiting to borrow for one until other guests finished them. But didn't wait for too long just had to returned it immediately. Overall, it's a busy crowded hotel with cool amenities such as pool and gym. A little overpriced buffet so alot cheaper to go out buy food.

5 Star for being located next to so many amenities

Hotel Location was perfect, a walk from SM aura which we spent 3 days just shopping there, there's street vendors with amazing and cheap food, markets, strip malls with tons of food if the Mall and vendors didnt hit for anyone. You can do everything just from here. It's also close to NAIA airport. The employees at the hotel was very friendly and there's a small gym and pool for if you have spare time for relaxing/health. The food at the hotel isnt very good, I'd only recommend if you're looking for food as early as 6am and cant wait until 8-10am for the vendors/mall to open

Staff are very helpful and always ready to help. I commend Arvi (Lady at the front desk morning shift) help us find a grab to the airport on March 20. The hotel does not have a service to the hotel or is affiliated to grab but this lady readily help us. She is a keeper. Not enough room amenities. The room is for 3 guests in the list but was only given 1 small soap, 2 bottles of water each day instead of 3. 2 instant coffee This makes it 4 but the staff are very nice and helpful.

Clean. Hospitable receptionists. Pool area not large but well kept. Hotel rooms spacious enough and clean. Only issue is they did not have room ready initially during one of my stays due to high amount of patrons and maybe limited cleaning staff.
