Great property. BUT, one reason we chose this hotel is for the free shuttle. BUT, to get a pickup I read I had to call the hotel and the phone number would be provided on the booking confirmation. BUT, what was provided was only the landline number. If you ever want more foreigners to come to Kingsford, you need to provide a cell phone number. Everyone in the Philippines knows you can’t call a landline from a cell phone but foreigners don’t. I didn’t carry my landline phone in my pocket. So I had to arrive at Kingston by GRAB.😳 😩. Your free shuttle was useless to me getting out of the airport.

We didn’t like the facilities especially the smell of deodorant in the hallways and in our rooms. The hotel appeared dirty plus the airconditioners in our rooms didn’t work well on a very hot summer. We will not stay there again.

Staff was overwhelmed and under trained. Amenities in the room were exactly two towels, no water and A/C control that did not work. Breakfast was very chaotic and staff was barely able to serve with any genuine interest in the customers while the seat and tables were dirty. The only redeeming value is the location to much better hotels. I would skip this one even at the low rate.
