Two-star service. Arrived in my hotel room and was dying for a shower after traveling for 24 hours. No towels in my room. It took 4 phone calls over a one hour period, before towels were delivered to my room, and probably because I asked to speak to a manager. I even offered to get the towels myself from the housekeeping room, to save them the trip they could not seem to manage. Front desk however was helpful in other matters during my stay. Airport shuttle service convenient and on time.

The hotel staff came into my room while I was gone and I found stuff missing. I brought it up to management. They did nothing about it. They said they watched their staff member from a hallway camera. Go into my room but said he didn't come out of my room with anything. Well of course, not he put it in his pocket.

Clean compfotable room, great shower and good breakfast choices, the only negative issue I found was the volume control on the TV, either couldn't hear it or was too loud could not find a comfortable level were it didn't feel like it was interfering with others in adjacent rooms so I just shut it off.

Only rating 3 stars due to a couple of issues I’ve experienced during my 5 day stay. Majority of the elevators were out of service resulting in delays and people were queuing to go up/down the building. My longest wait was about 25 minutes. My bathroom sink had a broken handle so I had to find a way to use it, there was also an issue with the toilet plumbing so I either had to use the lobby toilet or the room next door where my parents stayed. Things such as blow dryer and slippers were also not provided. While not the end of the world, all the little inconveniences made my experience not so great. With that said, staff was courteous and breakfast buffet had good variety.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated, the food in restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. All in all ot was a great one night stay befoe returning home , also all staff was top notch, thank you.
