Location is ok & a 7/11 store helps compensates for the lack of a resto. The unit is actually a studio condo. There is no washbadin inside the bathroom, only a kitchen sink where the kitchenette is located. Ideal for backpackers & transients only looking for basic amenities - clean bed & clean toilet. My unit faced the main road thus all the traffic noise could be heard even at night. The window blinds didn't provide enough blockage of the bright outside lights to give a cozy & tranguil atmosphere conducive to rest. I might check into this place again only if there are no other accomodations available. Uncoordinated & separate staff/personel man the entrance (where IDs have to be surrendered), the check in desk (inside a 3rd floor studio unit where one registers & a Php500 deposit is required), and the basement pay parking area.

not good place for a long stay.. cant recommend.

not happy staying 8nights, the room had prepaid electricity shutting down power middle of night, so you need to ask them to reload... request for housekeeping done by 12midnight, bed was not good, i can feel the spring poking at my back which is not comfortable. I will never be back..

The building is a walking distance to shangri la plaza and mega mall. 7-11 is just beside it. Very convenient. The room is clean. I will definitely stay there again :)
