This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. Exceeded my expectations for money paid great value Room clean and all in order. Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our one week stay and will be back. I love their soft pillows and covers giving me a good night sleep. Very friendly staff especially Michael who was always around to assist. Although our air-conditioner is a bit noisy, and bathroom takes time to drain, still I would give this hotel two thumbs up!

Awesome Hotel. Almost perfect. The pool was closed for maintenance the whole week but other than that I really enjoyed the stay. Especially the bed. It was super comfortable. The staff was amazing too.

Nice, clean and good location

Nice, Clean and Quiet. Good location. The king bed was very comfortable with lots of comfy and soft pillows. Love the comforter as well. Will definitely book this room again, actually it is my 3rd time here. SUGGEST: please upgrade your bath towel, as your towel was so thin, just one use and it is already wet.
