we were charged 1200 pesos for a 5 min transfer from the air port to the hotel. On booking it was advertised that this was a courtesy transfer but in flight the hotel sent an email advising of the cost which we didn't receive until we had undertaken the transfer. We were not advised of the cost by the driver. We caught a taxi from the hotel to the airport for 100 peso the next morning. This appears to be a clear ripoff by the hotel.

Savoy is very nice and we are coming back soon. I only have 1 issue and that is the drink selection on the breakfast buffet. Every breakfast buffet I have enjoyed in the Philippines always has at least one of the following drinks available = Orange, Pineapple or Mango juice. This needs to be addressed, as of our stay the options are so limited and are all bad except for water.

What a pleasant surprise! I chose Savoy because the price was right. It far exceeded my expectations. We needed just an overnight stay and Savoy was so close to MNL that we were able to walk there from the airport in about 20 minutes. The room was small, but super clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a one night layover. And we paid for the breakfast option, which was worth every penny and more. Staff was so very kind and friendly. 5 star experience at a bargain price.

Wish hotel wl provide b4 women — bathroom organizers homework toilet paper for ladies using the hotel… Because the countertop needs a little space or organizer with the women’s beauty tools or bathroom materials also, for travelers who needed a bigger room be my want to ask if you have bigger rooms.. Otherwise, you may want to see other hotel options in d same company (Megaworld properties..) as the room is slightly sm or narrower compare to other international hotels…
