Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great.

I have been traveling the world my whole life and have visited many countries during my time in the U.S. Navy. Shangri-La The Fort Manila and Shangri-La the Fort Boracay are by far the best resorts I've stayed in. The services they provide far exceed the price you pay (in my opinion). The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were professional and prompt. Best customer service I've seen anywhere. Specific shout out to the night manager Karl.

Awesome stay and excellent guest experience!

Excellent customer service and delightful stay. First time staying at Shangri-La and it was worth it. A/C in the premier suite was not as cold as I would’ve preferred but it was comfortable enough to keep me impressed.
