This hotel is convenient to Terminal 3. We still gad to take a taxi to Terminal 1. This hotel is overpriced—we paid $090 for one night. Not with it.

The Sheraton is a convenient place located across Terminal 3. As a returning customer staying at this hotel is the perfect place to unwind and relax a night or 2 to unwind in room comfort before venturing to my destination. The hotel offers room service or simply dine at the restaurant downstairs. A connecting bridge walk to the World Resort for more dining options or betting at the casinos for some fun is available. Upon leaving the Philippines staying a night before departure is ideal to avoid the rush hours to the airport. I will return on my next visit to the Philippines.

We loved the hotel - the facilities, the room, the food at the buffet, and especially the pool. We just had problems with the staff: 1. Front desk during check in - he wanted me to pay for the accommodation AGAIN, despite booking and paying online, then he told me that my booking did not include breakfast (which it did), so he wanted me to pay for it AGAIN, 2. Housekeeping staff on the 2nd day - did NOT make up our room despite the sign turned on to do so, then did NOT refill essentials (water, coffee, etc).
