Golf enthusiasts beware! This holiday home is located near La Duquesa Golf, a beautiful golf resort near the sea and suitable for all levels. And within a radius of 20 minutes drive are at least 7 other golf resorts, the region is also called the "Costa del Golf". The modern and comfortably furnished holiday home is located in a small-scale complex and overlooks a sunbathing area, almost "at your doorstep"!. Want more privacy than enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds on the roof terrace. And wide (sandy) beaches are less than 2 km away. The beach can even be reached within walking distance via a footbridge. The house is located near the harbor Puerto de La Duquesa where you will find cozy restaurants and bars. The picturesque town of Estepona is about a 20-minute drive away, where you can stroll through the colorful streets to find nice shops and delicious restaurants. Note: The swimming pool is now open for guest use until further notice. A security deposit of EUR 75,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
