The penthouse has 3 bedrooms all with private balconies.2 bathrooms 1 ensuite 1 family bathroom and a further cloakroam\wc.The penthouse has truly breathtaking views over the mountains and down to the sea It is .less than ten minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach and beach bar/restaurant.In the penhouse we have good quality wifi ,flatscreen tv aircon/heating system fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher,washingmachine microwave,hob/oven etc and all utencils.The main terrace is very large(5msq)containing bbq,dinning table 6 chairs,2 outside sofas and 6 sun loungers.Truly spectacular views whilst bbq-ing,drinking or sunbathing from this main terrace.Easy parking and fully wheelchair acessible.Wonderful pool and park area including 2 tennis courts ,large grassed area and gorgeous pool(which is gated so little ones can"t gain acess to the pool without adult supervision)although they can still run around safely and play in the rest of the park area which has swings and a slide.A truly peaceful location with lots of facilities on site or nearby if required.La Duquesa golf is 2km away and supermarkets very close.Duquesa and Soto Grande ports(10 minutes away) both with golden sandy beaches alongside them,they are excellent for dinning, nightlife, fishing and boat trips are also available.Puerto Banus/Mabella are 30 mins away and the beautiful town of Estepona with its picturesque historic old towm and its port again providing boat trips,fishing,dinning and nightlife with its beautiful blue flag sandy beaches with its clear shallow water ideal for the little one are 15 minutes away(try Hivana beach its wonderful restaurants,beach bars and water sports)The penhouse In easy reach of Gibraltat airport 25 mins and Malaga airport about 1hour away
