I arrived Sunday evening and checked in. Was not provided a wi fi password and couldn’t reach the host. Monday morning we had a horrific earthquake and I ran out of the room. Maybe 6 hours later, I was told that they will have a different room ready for me. I was very concerned about going back into the building as it had significant structural damage. Anyway that was the option they gave me. At about 0100 in the morning, my room had 3-4 inches of water. I got up to look and found the room next to mine had a major water leak. The entire 2nd floor was flooded. I again attempted to contact the hotel management with no success. Because of the structural damage and the amount of water on the floor, I exited the building and had to sleep outside on the sidewalk. Not one time did management try to check on me. I ended up calling the police and fire department who ended up shutting off the water. They made it clear that I could not return inside the building and never should have been. The following day I was told it was okay to return. This time I had a very nice and comfortable room. The only problem was that construction was going on from 7 am to 6pm. Water and electricity came going on and off. I must say I would like a full refund as not one day was peaceful.
