After my stay at Maritim hotel mannheim, i have sent them email many times for requesting proof of stay but they never give me reply. Same is happening for Maritime group contact form. I dont know what is going on with them. Btw, the room did not have an air conditioner and it was hot.

I only stayed here for the last day of my trip but I likely wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is old but beautiful, there was a very smokey smell as well but I understand this is often an issue, my issue was the a/c in the room wasn’t working and staff insisted that it did. So instead of offering to switch the room or accommodate they just repeatedly gave me the same instructions.

Central and Charming
Hotel's location is unbeatable next to the Water Tower, the fountain, and many good cafes. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The bar off the lobby is old-school with great cocktails and service. The price was right. The front desk was friendly. The decor is classic and well-maintained. Street parking is easy, and the railway station is close by. We will be returning.
