The staff was absolutely wonderful!! I had lost a heart charm that was on my necklace that I received from my granddaughter and didn't realize it until after I left. I called the hotel and ask them if they could look for it and they said they would. Well they called me the next day and said that they had found it in the sheets and would mail it to me! Thee people of Wooster Ohio and Comfort Suites Rock!!!
