We have stayed in this hotel at least once a year for 5+ years and this it the most unkempt it has ever been. The room had a bad smell the furniture was greasy. The pool was cloudy and smelled weird. I do not know what has happened in the past year! The people that worked there were still very nice but the overall stay was not good. We will likely find another hotel to stay at when we visit Mansfield.

Room wasn't old. Beds and pillows were comfy. No bedbugs YAY! Showers were clean. The pool was dinky but most hotels of this price range have pools that are not very impressive. What was unsatisfactory was that we wanted a 5 person room and there were 2 queens and 1 window sill seat which we thought was the bed. It was close to midnight, long drive and we didn't think to call down and ask, and the young man didn't offer us a rollaway which was supposedly what should've been given to us. What I didn't understand was if we were supposed to be 5, why wasn't the room setup for 5 in the first place? My preteen son who was skinny, slept on it and he wasn't very happy about it. It was 1/3 width of a twin size bed.

Very nice rooms except for no sheets or pillows provided for both rooms booked for the pullout couch. I booked two studio rooms. Should have went with two beds.
