The front exterior had a bunch of cigarette butts on the ground when I arrived. The hotel was just ok. I stayed there for the location to where I needed to be. The room was ok as well. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced as they are stained, I came back to the hotel last night after a very long day and my room key did not work. So I had to go back down stairs and the guy behind the desk was vaping, I then told him the situation with my room key and he asked me out loud with a man standing at the desk what room I was in. It was very unprofessional. There is a fridge in the room however, it froze what was in the fridge part. Again, it was due to location, I would seek other options before staying again.

Rooms were good for the price. Staff was nice. Unexpected $100 deposit upon checking in, but was refunded the day after check out. Trash was piled up near the elevators on multiple floors from other guests for both days we were there, so not sure how often clean up is.

This is a very run-down property in poor condition. It was clean which is good but everything is worn out and icky feeling. Someone was smoking pot in front of the door as we entered. Ugh

The room was clean and the property had a good safe location. We were able to walk to a local restaurant. There appeared to be some renovation in process that we were not advised about at the time of check in and the extent of which the lobby was not aware since the office was unable to tell us where an operating ice machine was located.

Terrible stay

The place was terrible. We had reserved a room which wasnt available when we arrived. The staff didnt seem to care. The "manager " was too busy asking the receptionist if she thought her hair looked cute on the security cameras. The public restrooms were locked and the elevator barely worked taking 5 minutes to get to the lobby. We were offered another room that we accepted but the smoke detector was gone, fridge was not cold and the television reception was non existent. When staff was told we wouldnt be staying because if the issues, they found that our originally reserved room was miraculously clean in under 20 minutes. We declined and were told there was a no refund policy. Our whole trip was ruined by this experience.
