Pool area heat was not working very well. This was the only hotel ive ever stayed at that the mattresses were very uncomfortable and caused all 4 of us to have trouble sleeping. Other than that it was a good cost effective place to stay overnight.

Everything was clean , bring extra blankets or ask staff for extra blankets because what is given is limited. Bathroom is very small and door didn’t properly close as a hinge was broken off. For $90 it was fine. I would’ve rather spent the extra $30 for the Berlin grande and been closer to Amish country. But that’s my fault for not looking at commute time

The rooms were nice,great shower! Breakfast was plentiful, pool and hot tub could use some maintenance but we still enjoyed them. Bowling next door, and many restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.

Blankets were stained, beds were hard as a rock, looks like a motel from the 90’s, noisy neighbors going in and out all night, they accommodate blue collar workers which is fine but expect late night conversations from people with no volume knob.

Price was very reasonable. Check-in was very quick and pleasant. Hotel is older but still in good shape and clean. Have stayed here twice this year. When in the Wooster area this will be my go to place.

Great customer service, very friendly. Renovated room, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Large clean mini-fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast was convenient grab and go standards. Bed was comfortable and clean.

This property seems old and tired. We stayed here because it was a convenient location and had a hot tub, only to find it was “out of order.” The breakfast is average. Front desk staff are not the friendly faces we’ve known in the past. I don’t see us returning here soon.

The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel smelled clean and was clean for the most part. A guest had walked with muddy boots throughout the hallway leaving muddy prints and clumps of mud. I guess I thought the staff should have been on top of that. Also if you want people to swim in your pool, it has to be warmer. We were very disappointed that it was so cold. Totally could not use it. But the hot tub was nice and the pool area was clean. Breakfast was really good too.
