This is a great hotel. The front desk lady and her dog Bruce were amazing. She even remembered us when we checked out 2 days later. The room was spotless and the bed/pillows were amazing. Will definitely stay here again when we return

I have stayed here several times. The hotel is usually in excellent condition, clean, friendly, welcoming. My experience for this specific stay was average at best. The room was dirty. Crumbs on the floor, hair (not mine) in the shower, dirty couch, and evidence of repair on the ceiling but looked unfinished. Breakfast was good. Cleaning lady was wiping floors in front of the elevators at check out making it difficult to safely navigate to the front desk. My intent with this review is to not be critical, but provide specific reasons for my rating. I will stay here again, but would expect these issues to be addressed. Thank you.

Upon arrival, one could not help but notice two overflowing trash cans right outside the front door entrance. It was a fortaste of things to come. The lobby smelled like bleach. Our room was, shall we say, neglected. There was hair in the shower, and a used washcloth still in the bathroom. The bathroom door would not stay open. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I could go on. I do noknow why this hotel gets good ratings at all.

Small selection of food. There was no milk so we couldn't have cereal, and the juice machine didn't work properly. We were there 2 nights and they did not give us fresh towels or make up beds. The room stayed to warm so we didn't sleep very well. We had family near by so we borrowed a fan for night 2. But overall it was decent and clean. We would definitely stay again if the need arises

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very lacking with no breakfast meat available (empty and not replaced). Waffle batter was all out. The only thing I wish the room would have had was streaming service. We had to hope to get lucky a movie we wanted to watch would come on. Had to sit through commercials. The stay was still very good and we did use the indoor pool.
