Proprietor tries hard & housekeeping does a good job. BUT, if you are going to be a welfare hotel then you need to put single female patrons in the front with protection. I was scared. There were many creepy men including a very scraped up crazy guy who kept moving closer & closer to my room. There was another guy who sat in front of his room nodding out. When I left at 5am, the guy in the room next to me was still hanging it from last night.

What i liked. 1. It was a decent fishermans place to stay. Good TV, Coffee Maker, small refrigerator and a microwave. What i didnt like... 1. Bathtub needs replacing, Tile on wall around shower/tub needs to be cleaned or grout needs to be replaced, Has black mold in the grout. 2. Sugar Ants/Piss Ants all around splashboad at bathroom sink. Needs to be sprayed/Exterminated by professional. 3. Toilet seat was loose, i hand tightened it myself. 4. It says it is a Smoke Free Property, Tgere were Sand filled containers outside rooms and people were smoking right beside my rooms door, Complaint did no good. 5. I am Disabled and asked for a 1st floor room with easy access, i was placed in a room in a Middle Corner in rear of Motel/Lodge. Very long ways to carry luggage or food to room using a walking cane. 6. Bed was hard to get onto being Disabled. Disabled rooms should have right in front of room parking. Less walking. I did not see but 1 place that was wheelchair accessible and it wasn't close to my room at all. If i had tried to use my electric scooter, i would not have been able to get onto sidewalk or walkway to room.

Loved the non-hotel furniture in the room, room was very nice, staff wonderful. There was not an elevator but it was only 2 floors. Will definitely be back. Town was incredible to enjoy!! Hotel very close to the downtown/waterfront area.

My wife was afraid she wasn’t going to like this property because it was so much cheaper than other brand name hotels. She was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. It may not be the most modernized but for an overnight it was great.

The window of the unit next to ours was duct taped up because it was heavily damaged....The room door had a gap that you could see through .....no coffee pot for the coffee maker.....mold on the shower tile....could not connect to the internet and no help when you call the operator.....nice towels....Will never stay there again

I didnt like that i was told on the phone that there were two rooms and so I booked online as soon as i got off the phone with the desk attendant and when we arrived we were told there were no rooms . The guy canceled our reservation and wont give me a refund.
