I wanted to like this hotel but there was no elevator and the hotel was about four floors all stairs. The WiFi did not work. There was NO Hot water and there was no hand towels. The staff was not the nicest either. I would not come back

There is so much wrong with this place. We had a lamp in our room taped with electoral tape and had a whole different connection to it. The bedroom had a roach in there. I was to ask for some towels and extra blankets. The bed was so stiff. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The shower floor and bathroom floor looked dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The little closet was broken. The pool looked rundown. THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE ARE A LIE! This place was expensive for how run down it was. I was disgusted. On top of the expensive cost for breakfast. I would never again.

Hola. El hotel Costa Brava excelente! Muy bonito Muy bien las instalaciones. Llegamos y el personal de Recepción muy amable. Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. En general todo el personal nos atendió muy bien. Y del buffet: sabroso y variado. También el personal de buffet muy amables. En pocas palabras, estuvimos muuuy a gusto.
