Malísimo se cae a pedazos las ventanas no cierran, la bañera tapada,la habitación un espanto , el edificio parece que se va caer, el primer día y ya me quería ir, solo queda el recuerdo de lo que fue un hotel de años atrás listo para demolición,la verdad nada funcionaba,pedí me cambien de habitación pero la otra peor tuve que volver a la anterior, lastima buena hubicacion lastima la experiencia,a me olvidaba había arañas marrones , la atención muy buena gente amable

Great family accommodations

They gave us 2 joining rooms, with a bathroom between us. Neat hotel, the kids loved the old style elevators. Everything was clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff was spectacular, remembered us for each meal, even prepared soup for my daughter when it wasn't on the menu. Would definitely stay here again. Location was good, close enough to walk to the places we wanted to see.

El nombre le queda grande

Lugar mediocre, en teoria nos hicieron un upgrade pero no se notó, la habitacion antigua, baño tambien. al segundo dia de estadia al llegar a la habitacion la puerta estaba abierta y nadie supo decirme si el personal de limpieza la dejo abierta o si alguien entró, al otro dia quise dsifrutar de los promocionados masajes, les aviso que quiero un masaje para las 17hs, me dicen que ningun problema, que me avisan para confirmar, al no avisarme,16:45 llamo para saber y me dicen que vaya a las 17:00. 16:55 me avisan que la masajista se tuvo que ir. lo destacable es el desayuno, que se sirve en el Hotel Iruña. nada mas para decir, no volveré.

Decepcionante. Publicidad engañosa

Se hace publicidad engañosa al ofrecer este hotel. La realidad es que el hotel presidente es parte del Iruña. El problema ya empieza al llegar cuando no podes entrar por la entrada original (la cual aparece muy bien decorada en la página), sino que te hacen entrar por la del Iruña. El problema sigue al momento de ir a la habitación, las mismas se encuentran al fondo del hotel en la parte vieja y cerrada. El estado de las habitaciones es tirando a viejo, el mobiliario es antiguo, y los baños no muy agradables a la vista, sin contar que el tamaño también es muy pequeño e incómodo, claramente nada que ver con lo de la página. Por último, aunque sea como experiencia personal tuvimos problemas ya que no tuvimos al principio de nuestro hospedaje agua caliente. Debo admitir que el desayuno y la parte del Iruña son muy cómodas y recomendables, pero no recomendaría nunca ir al Hotel presidente, aunque sea personalmente es una experiencia de sorpresa para mal.
