Localização um pouco longe do centro, mas muito boa, pé na areia na praia de peroba. Piscina excelente, temperatura perfeita. Café com pouca variedade e pouco espaço, mas suficiente. As atendentes do café não são muito simpáticas e demoram muito pra fazer a reposição. Fizemos o passeio nas piscinas naturais de ponta do mangue que saiu do restaurante do hotel, na beira da praia. Passeio excelente. O recepcionista Athaide foi sempre muito solícito, tirando dúvidas e dando dicas. No geral a hospedagem foi muito boa.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem. Inicialmente reservamos o quarto 306, porém fomos informados na chegada que a banheira estava danificada e fomos realocados para o quarto 201. Ao utilizarmos a banheira, percebemos que o sistema de aquecimento não funcionava corretamente. Mesmo após cerca de 10 horas ligada, a temperatura da água aumentou apenas 2 graus, impossibilitando o uso adequado da hidromassagem. Somente por volta das 18h do dia seguinte a água ficou levemente morna. Além do problema com o equipamento, ao solicitarmos atendimento para verificar a situação, o gerente entrou em nosso quarto sem comunicação prévia e ainda minimizou nossa reclamação. Dessa forma, registramos nossa insatisfação, pois acabamos perdendo praticamente uma diária sem conseguir utilizar a hidromassagem, que foi um dos motivos da escolha do quarto.

Sim. Porém a pia estava quebrada, torneira saia pouca água, faltou água no meio do banho também. Sugiro shampoo como item básico. O pessoal foi incrível, super educados e prestativos. Nos atenderam perfeitamente. O hotel é lindo e a estrutura externa está incrível, porém a o interno deixa um pouco a desejar.
