I was supposed to have king size room. They put me in a room right on the highway and I had to pay extra. Hotel.com should refund me my money because I had to pay extra for additional room.

The rooms are newly updated and very clean. Pool was very nice and area very clean. Would recommend. Only down side, there's no real view to the Gulf, but the grounds are nice. It's on a small canal

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well kept as was the office. The mini 'fridge didn't get very cold even turned up full , but the drinks we stored there got to drinkable coolness. The only negative really wasn't a big deal, but it appeared that at some point someone had tried to pry thier way past the door's deadbolt as the door frame was damaged and unpainted on the outside edge of the frame. But, that's a minore quibble. Overall, our experience was great.

I got up at night to find a cockroach on the wall. Also I got charged for a night that I did not stay as an alternative date was offered and I did not notice as I booked via Expedia. No refund given after repeated attempts to recoup $304.67 charge.

This place should be advertised as a motel with a pool instead of a Resort. The rooms are tiny, windows are covered so its feels more like you are trapped inside the tiniest motel room ever. The floor was very dirty, like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. Our 111 was literally in front of the main highway so you could hear all of the cars and traffic passing by. Overall, this isn’t the worst place I’ve stayed at but it’s not something I would recommend if you are a looking for a nice place to stay. It’s definitely NOT worth $400 per night.
