If you are up by the highway its very loud and the ACs sound like they may blow up. They want a $60 upcharge to stay off the main road. Our neighbors were really loud as well. There is no breakfast or amenities other than a coffee maker. The bed was really sandy and had spings poking me. Lots of dummies at the boat launch lol kind of entertaining... You get what you pay for.

The staff were very professional and helpful. We asked if there was a room further back in the property and they accommodated our request. The rooms were clean and they provided clean towels daily, even Thanksgiving day! The amenities were all available such as kayaks, bikes, etc.

Room was clean, had enough space, plenty of lighting. There were small black ants that were crawling around in a few places. They could easily get into any food left on the TV stand, so had to make sure we didn't leave anything edible there.
