The reservation was made for six people they left towels soap etc for only two people. The refrigerator floor cabinets damaged and not working room was dirty peeling paint from ceiling roaches. The room looked nothing like shown on website. The manager told us to request a refund through Expedia

Our major concern was we asked for late check in. We arrived at 10pm and our room code didn’t work. We called the ‘emergency’ number. No one ever called or text back! Went to the office 10am next day. No apology, completely unbothered that we couldn’t get in or that no one can answer an ‘emergency’ call. Pros: nice, newly renovated room with new furniture. Right on water with dock. Nice (small) pool area. Cons: Terrible check in, not answering emergency/after hours calls, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, mold in bathroom.

Pros: sufficient amnesties. Kitchenette available with dishes. 2 easy access points to the back and front of the room. Amazing view from the dock. Pool area with bbq pit available. Super close to the fishing bridge. More than enough parking spaces. Relaxing seating areas to enjoy the day or evening. Cons: Pool water was too dirty. mattresses too soft/loose for my liking. Missing paint or wood around trim of bed frame. Too pricey for my liking but it was a nice stay.
