Celebrated Mother’s Day here! The property location is beautiful. We had a room overlooking the water and it was nice, but it needs some updates like the bathroom. The outside bartenders by main pool were not friendly at all except one guy. It was very odd. Overall, great trip and I would travel here again.

there was so much wrong. no room cleaning daily had to ask and wait non working phone in the room was dangerous should there be an emergency. communication with staff didn’t mean anything. no one too responsibilities for issues. just passed it off and never responded. have gone here for 15 years and this was the worst experience i have had. i will NOT return because of the issues. not cheap and poorly run

I did not like how outdated everything was. Most of the staff was not very friendly, they seemed annoyed mostly. Some of the events didn’t even happen that were on the calendar. There’s not enough options for food variety.

The lagoon was this properties redeeming feature. Service for food and drinks as 3/5, however value was 1.5/5. Pool is significantly undersized for the property size and was very over crowded. Staff were a 4/5 with most being 5/5 and a few less pleasant interactions.

For what I paid, I expected a bit more. Brutal food/drink prices on campus, and you can’t bring your own to the beach area so you’re kinda stuck. Room was clean, building exterior looks run down. Front desk not the most welcoming people.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room was not too cramped (2 queens) and the bathroom was huge and clean! The facilities overall were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed several of the pools and felt they were great! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Family vacation that I wish could have lasted longer. Can’t wait to return. Bar service, housekeeping, everyone we interacted with was wonderful. Family room was the perfect size, I just wish it would have had a balcony.

Beautiful property for young families. We rented a villa which was perfect for our needs. The pool in the backyard is a huge plus. The lagoon in Maine pool can get a bit crowded so get there early for a spot. Overall, the facilities were very clean. Landscaping every single day. They keep the grounds in top condition. We had a couple of minor issues and the staff were very attentive in addressing this for us. It's a very quiet tranquil area. Great for kids. We will definitely be returning!

First trip to the Keys for our family. We loved the three bedroom townhouse we stayed in with our two teenagers. There is essentially nothing else on the resort so plan accordingly. The facility was clean and as we arrived before many guests checking in for Easter weekend, it was not too full initially. By midweek it was impossible to get a chair by the pool as guests had claimed all of the chases and chairs while there were only 20 people in the pool and 8 kids in the lagoon with the vast majority of the chairs empty but not free so I stood for two hours watching my kids as there is no lifeguard. The bartenders are friendly and the drinks were good but resort prices with no outside drinks or food. We had lunch at the poolside restaurant and the fish tacos were very good but inexplicably we all got a side of tortilla chips with no salsa. Again pricing is very high. Service there was good. The breakfast at the cafe is very over priced and the service there was not good. It seems like the workers could have used some help and that might have made them happier. So for 60 dollars I got two lattes, two breakfast sandwiches and a cup of fruit. I’m not a great chef and these breakfasts were of the same quality I’d have made if I had groceries. Not worth sixty dollars. I also watched a cashier openly roll her eyes at a customer and the speed was slower than I expect on vacation in the island time. Ate at Angler and Ale and that was also good but also very expensive and slow.
