There is a resort style pool and property along with your own personal jacuzzi. The home features 4 bed and 3 bath, a spacious kitchen and outdoor dining. There is a gas grill for the unit and a bait freezer. All the extras are included in the home as well.

Marathon stay

Great location with extra amenities that added to our stay. Loved having a pool and access to kayaks right on the property as well as a hot tub. Little extras in the house were a nice touch like tissues, coffee and filters, garbage bags, dish soap, beach towels and an umbrella. Most places don't have any of these items for guests-this was a bonus! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vaca cove marathon key

Great location in the center of the keys makes for quick access to the north and south to key west. Pool was a big hit with the kids, and caught some fish off the dock. The unit was clean, no signs off roaches inside, they are attracted to the lights at night outside. They have a service come once a week to treat the unit. Mattresses were new & comfortable, linens were plentiful, and the kitchen has all the basics. The host actually was updating utensils and small appliances while we were there (via Amazon) Hosts responded quickly to any issues (dryer knob broke, water stopped, but that was a water main break further up the keys) and got things taken care of quickly. All the guests commented on how nice it was there, nice views, respectful neighbors, and plentiful activities in the area. I would have no problem staying again in the future. Thanks! 4 adults, 2 seniors, 2 kids under 10.

The property matched the description. The entire process was super easy and the house has everything you could possibly need on your vacation. The pool was nice and there's a lot close by. About an hour 20 to drive to key west. The negatives: Everyone agreed their bed was very uncomfortable. The property does have roaches (not palmetto). We found them often in the kitchen and front bathroom. We understand its extremely hard to keep them out in the south, especially with people with different habits cycling through weekly. Would have been nice to know before renting as it would've likely influenced the decision.
