In the surrounding area of the apartment, you will find a Mercadona supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, as well as taxi ranks and bus stops.



The Old Town of Marbella can be reached on foot within 10 to 15 minutes, while Playa del Cable and the Marbella Fishing Port are located right next to the complex.This is a comfortable, simple, and practical holiday apartment, ideal for families looking for space and comfort during their vacation on the Costa del Sol. The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August.

The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool.



The accommodation offers a parking space, suitable for cars of category Tourism. It is accessed by remote control. The apartment is located within a residential community; noise is strictly prohibited from 23:00 to 8:30.

Failure to comply with this rule may lead to immediate eviction from the property.



Bachelor/bachelorette parties, general parties, and events of any kind are strictly forbidden.



Check-out must be completed by 11:00 at the latest.

Guests are required to take out the trash, remove all perishable food from the refrigerator, leave all sets of keys and remote controls clearly visible, and leave used towels and sheets together.
