This is my 3rd time. And each stay there has been some kind of issue. I was reassured that my last stay the issues were being resolved. The a/c is on winter mode and rooms get no cooler than 21 and no way to cool down.
The first room we had there were ants and the drains were very smelly.
We were moved. And there were no ants. Yet still smelly drains. This has been the case each time I have stayed. There is an apartment block across from hotel rooms. I had a gold suit and asked for a pool room allegedly none available yet we could see that the hotel was not at capacity so we’re next a road and someone throughout the night into the early hours screaming it sounded like someone was being murdered. Police around the next day. I spoke to reception and they said they had an issue with the block. So be aware. Pool was also closed for duration of the trip. I was there to sort my property out so was not a pleasure trip however if it had been I would have been so unhappy. There was no mention of this when booking. And booking was made a few days before. So this should have been made aware to customers at time of booking.
