The secure gated complex offers a communal swimming pool, with a separate children's pool and secure underground parking. The apartment is just over 1km away from the beach and 2km into the heart of Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy the many shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife and the infamous port. Directly opposite the complex is the International tennis & padel club. The apartment offers hot and cold vented aircon, ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom and free WIFI.



The apartment is located on the second floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The separate kitchen is well equipped and benefits from a combined washing and drying machine.
