Beautiful Property

The property is very nice. However, check-in is not until 4 pm. We were not aware that you had to request breakfast for the next day by 5 pm. We missed this because we did not get into our rooms until almost 5 pm. Unfortunately, the hot tub was cold.

The place was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Each suite also had a small patio. It is a quiet place, great for relaxation.

Nice, but needs some refreshing

Assistance with luggage for 2 senior ladies would have been appreciated, or at least a luggage cart. Stone walkways need repairs. Sofa was completely shot and could not sit on without sliding to center. Bathroom tile and grout is grungy looking, either mildew or mildew stains. Bathroom mirror light and patio light did not work. Air conditioner was humid. Entrance from highway is DANGEROUS, especially at night.

Property is perfect for weekend stays. Restaurant has great food and their outside area for yard games and the stage area for entertainment is awesome. Bed was comfy and the rooms are Very nice. Perfectly located close to Johnson City near some state parks, or bouncing around for wine tasting or other distilleries.

I love Carter Creek as it's amazing and the suites are beautiful and relaxing. You feel like you are in a 5 Star Resort. I enjoyed the wine tasting, the live music and just the surroundings. Ambience was great!

Called and asked for a fan. Great 5 stars. Called and asked for a Refund or comp one of my two 2 rooms because we killed 3 scorpions in the room. They said no we are in the country ….!!! WOW Okay I sez…But she said I can comp the $27 resort fee …?? Oh boy. Thanks. We had a wedding there. Paid $1000’s. She said she can comp the $27 resort fee ? SCORPIONS..!!!!

This is a great location. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Sara. I love this place. I love the pool. I love the villas. The beds were very comfortable.
