Peggy at the front desk is so friendly. She is an amazing lady. She is one of the main reason we continue to go back to Hidden Falls, rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is nice as well.

The view of the lake from the property was awesome as well as the pool area. Staff were informative and friendly and the lobby area is nice. Rooms could definitely use an update and there was some wear and tear. Beds were comfortable. The construction of the new hotel next door made it very inconvenient to access the lake park and it was quite noisy during the day. Although the hotel itself was peaceful during the night. The breakfast was lacking in variety and cold but worked in a pinch. Would stay again for the views and convenience to downtown as it is walking distance. Price was reasonable.
