A very beautiful location and property. Room are spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Staffs are very very nice. We enjoyed one night stay on our way back from Big Bend National Park and rested well overnight at this quiet place. Next day we explored a little bit the walkable lakeside park and it is excellent too!

On our way to state parks

we booked last minute on our way through marble Falls. Miss Peggy at the desk was an absolute dream. So polite and so friendly. She helped us check in with speed, even though it was quite late. The hotel room was very clean and quiet. In the morning, we went down to have breakfast and the lady serving was incredible. She was like a breakfast ninja. Overall, an amazing stay and we will definitely be going back there when we’re driving through.

Avoid, save your money.

I would not recommend this location. The comfortable was dirty, the floors are filthy and stained. It's a very old facility and their remodeling efforts are sad. Truly lipstick on a pig. They are remodeling the lobby and not the rooms. Water smells bad and everything is rusty, worn, and delipidated.

Under Reconstruction

This hotel was under extensive renovation, and I booked under hotels.com. Apparently their notices about renovation projects are noted obscurely in small type at the bottom of the webpage. I didn't see that, unfortunately. I am sure the hotel will be fine once rooms and common areas are complete.
