We always stay at Hidden Falls when in town for work. We’ve checked in with Peggy multiple times and she is always so friendly. The area is quiet and has a nice view of lake Marble Falls. There is a Chili’s right next door so it’s nice to be able to walk and eat after a long day.

We had requested a connecting room, and Peggy was super helpful each time we talked on the phone and was able to give us a complimentary upgrade to a room that would connect. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, I did tell the lady in the morning that the shower was not draining well when we left. Breakfast was my main eh, not so satisfying. The waffles tasted good but we don't like the fake maple syrup, or the eggs that are not real eggs, I almost wish when hotels say hot breakfast they either do it legit, not microwave or powedered egg style, or just do danish/muffin/waffle continental style breakfast so the guest expects just carbs and easy things to grab and go. The lady attending breakfast was kind, but everytime I walked away from my kids to get them something they asked for, she went over to them and would cut their food or something which I'm sorry I don't appreciate because I don't know what else people touch while cleaning or how often they wash their hands. I know she was just trying to be helpful, but at one point while tidying up my kids area she sweeped crumbs into her hand from off the public table and then shook them off into my daughters plate. :/ Not okay, I didn't even want my kid to eat it after that, but she was screaming b/c it was the last bisquit available and fought me to not throw it away, so I broke off most of it to throw away close to where the crumbs went, but in all honesty, I'd rather employees leave my kids alone.

we love staying at the hidden falls because of the personnel. usually our room is very clean. this time the shower still had hair on the wall, there was a wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain, and the bathroom floor was kind of dirty
