Zephyr Treetop Villa w/Mini Hot Tub + Outdoor Shower

Zephyr is a luxurious villa at 650 sf. Perched on a ridge, you’ll overlook our lower pasture & rolling hills through the treetops all from the massive 40’ Deck complete with hanging chairs. Zephyr was designed with bohemian-Mexican stylings. Wake up to treetop views & birds from a private, king sized master bedroom. Enjoy a separate living room with couch, TV, kitchenette & outdoor dining area and hot tub. Shower indoors or outdoors, or bathe under the stars in your private outdoor bathtub.

The space:

- Kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave and ample counter space

- Mini-split unit that provides both A/C and heat to keep you comfortable in any weather
- Sleeps 3 with sofa or toddler bed
- Large outdoor deck with hanging chairs
- Mini Hot Tub (Can be converted to dip pool if you prefer during the summer months!)
- Record Player with classic selection to take you back in time
- Ensuite toilet, shower (with hot water) and double vanity.
- Bluetooth-enabled speaker

In advance of your arrival, we will send guided Check-In instructions including photos and a map of the property. Please save these check-in instructions offline as cell service and wifi are spotty and it can be tricky to find your unit if you don't have them!

Other things to note:
On food-
We think cooking over a campfire is a crucial and fun part of the camping experience, so you’ll have your own personal fire pit with a grill top right outside your shelter. We'll provide firewood, fire starter and a lighter to help get you off to the right start!

A few tips for the grill-inclined:
- Think classic: burgers, sausages, steaks, kebabs, etc.
- Disposable metal pans seem to work best
- Nearest grocers are H-E-B in Marble Falls (supermarket, 20 min) and Parker's Corner Market in Liberty Hill (local, 15 min)

You'll have a small fridge, freezer and microwave as well, but the dome is not equipped with a hot plate or cooking crockery. If you aren’t planning on grilling, alternate food options are 15 minutes away in Marble Falls and Liberty Hill, so we recommend planning ahead for groceries and restaurant dining/take out.

- Some other activities will be a surprise when you get here :)

Please note: Cell reception and wifi can be spotty. We're happy to point out the best "phone booth" spots for the former, and we are constantly working to improve the latter. We appreciate your patience as we perfect our little piece of the wild. That said, in the meantime, we do urge you to embrace the option to disconnect when possible. We've found it can be quite liberating to go missing for a little while :)
