Located in the heart of the Bresse region, this family farmhouse (95 m²), on two levels, has been completely renovated to offer you a very functional gîte with all the necessary comforts and equipped with high-speed internet. On the ground floor, a large, bright living room with a lovely view of the glass-fronted cellar, a bedroom (1 x 160 x 200 cm bed), a walk-in shower, and a toilet. On the first floor: a bedroom and a mezzanine, each with two single beds, and a toilet with a washbasin. This independent gîte, with its cozy decor, will provide you with a feeling of well-being throughout your stay. Only one pet is allowed; the property is not fenced. Electric heating is available at an extra cost. There is a terrace overlooking the garden, a meadow with a secure duck pond, and various children's play areas.
