Rustic holiday home Villa Ulika on 2 levels, built in 2012 in the resort, with whirlpool, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea. The house is suitable for up to 8 people, ideal for families. The house is located in a beautiful natural area, independent and closed. Parktplaetz at home in justification. It is ideal for a stay in an authentic environment for all those who want to experience the rural life without sacrificing the usual comfort. If you came in autumn you are cordially invited to help with the grape harvest or olive picking. Interior of the house: 3-room house, 160 m2 on 2 levels, rustic, tasteful and cozy furnishings: living room 40m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning, internet, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer, dishwasher). Shower / wc. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180cm, length 200cm), 1 room with 1 double bed (160cmX200cm) and 1 room with double bed (160cm, length 200cm) 1 bathroom

Information on how to get to Rakalj
If you are heading towards Istria you can go via Buje or Rijeka. From both streets the highway goes towards Pula, when you are at the end of the highway in Pula you have to go towards Labin and the airport.
Then drive to the normal road towards Labin (Loborika, Marcana) and after about 20 kilometers you will come to Prodol and you have to turn right towards Krnica and Rakalj.
Then there are several tables showing the road for Rakalj (Prodol-Rakalj about 8 km).
When you come to Rakalj you will come to a square with a very large tree with stones circling it, that is the center of Rakalj. There
turn left next to the tree, and just about 800 meters, the first paved road to the right. At the end of this narrow street you will find us and Haus Ulika.

Wir haben einen herrlichen Sommerurlaub bei Magda und Livio erlebt. Sie haben keine Mühen gescheut, um uns unseren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen: So gab es u.a. eine Flasche Wein und etwas regionalen Käse zur Begrüßung und Livio nahm sich Zeit, uns die nähere Umgebung mit dem Auto zu zeigen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Pool und die Tischtennisplatte sind super und die Küche hatte außer einer Mikrowelle wirklich alles, was man sich zum Kochen wünschen konnte. Insgesamt eine tolle Möglichkeit, seinen Urlaub in Kroatien zu verbringen!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit die wir genießen durften. Unsere Gastgeber waren super freundlich und bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung. Wir bekamen sehr schöne Tipps für Ausflüge und waren von der Landschaft und den Stränden begeistert. Die Poolpflege erfolgte regelmäßig und ohne auch uns in irgendeiner Art zu stören. Sehr tolle Gastgeber! Es gab sogar ein kleines Geschenk zu Beginn und bei der Abreise. Ruhe und Entspannung pur!

Die Villa ULIKA liegt mitten in einem privaten Gelände, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Weinreben und bietet damit absolute Ruhe und Entspannung im eigenen Garten und Pool. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet und kann im Sommer sehr gut gekühlt werden. Das Schwimmen im privaten Pool mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume und die schattige Terrasse sind ein Traum! Vom Grundschulkind und Jugendlichen über uns Eltern bis hin zur Oma haben sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt und jeder hat sein Plätzchen, Erholung und Spaß gefunden. Der Tischtennisraum wurde täglich genutzt und war eine beliebte Abwechslung zum Wasserplanschen. Pula ist nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt und auch andere nette Städte, Dörfer und Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Für eine Wanderung zum Strand, die vermutlich eine Stunde dauern würde, war es während unseres Aufenthalts zu heiß. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und unglaublich nett. Sie wohnen am gleichen Gelände, sind aber sehr darauf bedacht, ihre Gäste nicht zu stören. Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können daher einen Urlaub in der Villa ULIKA nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Tolles Landhaus!

Sehr gepflegtes Landhaus in ursprünglicher Umgebung. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, der nebenan wohnt und für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Toller Pool - tolle Außenanlagen - sehr gepflegtes und gekühltes Haus. Tischtennisplatte für die Kinder großartig. Tolle Strände wenige Autokilometer entfernt und einige gute Restaurants. Der Einkaufsladen im Ort hat alles was man für ein gutes Barbecue benötigt.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Pool und Grundstück. Das Haus ist mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleines Highligt war auch der zusätzliche Sportraum mit Tischtennisplatte. Man wird von Livio und seiner Familie herzlich umsorgt. Man hat dort absolute privatsphäre. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden. eine Pizzeria und eine Gaststätte. Eiune Wunderschöne Bucht ist auch in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der freundlichen Umgebung sehr genossen. Das sehr saubere Haus ist geschmackvoll und angenehm eingerichtet, wie auch die Außenanlage mit dem wunderschönen Pool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die freundlichen Vermieter Magda und Livio waren jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben alles getan um uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Bootstour mit Livio war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit super netten Gastgebern

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden und besonders die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und auch der Pool ist in einem super Zustand. Die Gastgeber Livio und Magda wohnen ein paar Häuser weiter, sind sehr herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie kümmern sich gut um ihre Gäste, würden jedoch nie unangekündigt auf der Matte stehen. Privatsphäre wird hier sehr groß geschrieben. Einfach eine tolle Unterkunft mit noch tolleren Gastgebern.

Alles bestens

Schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Pool in einem Olivenhain gelegen, das bietet genug Platz zum Spielen und Erholen. Alles vorhande, was man braucht und noch dazu sehr sauber und gepflegt. Livio und seine Frau waren bei Fragen zu erreichen, haben gerne Tipps gegeben. Der Bootsausflug mit Livio war ein besonderes Highlight! Zum Meer ist es Luftlinie nicht weit. Durch die Höhenmeter jedoch am besten mit dem Auto und dann innerhalb von 10 min 3 verschiedene schöne Strände erreichbar. Einkaufen geht im Ort (zu Fuß 15 min) im kleinen Supermarkt gut, man bekommt alles, was man braucht. Für Fleisch, größere Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse muss man nach Pula fahren. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Einfach ein schönes Haus, der Pool ist sauber und groß, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Betten sehr gut. Livio als Gastgeber ist daneben unschlagbar. Soviel Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit habe ich schon seit Jahren nicht mehr erlebt. Wir werden sicher irgendwann wiederkommen.

Rundum spitze!

Wir wurden super freundlichen von Livio und Magda empfangen und hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird. Der neue Pool ist ebenso sehr schön und sauber. Der kleine Einkaufsladen im Dörfchen bietet alles für den kleinen schnellen Einkauf. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für Stadt- und Strandausflüge. Livio bietet zudem Bootstouren an. Er ging auf all unsere Wünsche ein und wir hatten einen tollen Ausflug auf seinem Boot. Unsere zwei Kleinen (6 Monate und 2 Jahre) konnten ohne Probleme mit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen.

Toller Ort für abwechslungsreiche Erholung

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, welcher im August angenehm warm ist. Man hat tagsüber die Möglichkeit zu verschiedenen Aktivitäten. Man benötigt 30 Minuten in die schöne und sehr alte Stadt Pula und hat dort auch die besten Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Lidl). Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kommt man an verschiedene wunderschöne Buchten mit sehr klarem Wasser. Außerdem können wir einen Ausflug in den Ort Rabac (40 min) mit seiner Küstenpromenade empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ein Urlaub wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und mit vielem mehr. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unwarscheinlich nett und total hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einfach eine tolle Zeit und einen Urlaub so wie man es sich wünscht! Ganz lieben Dank an Livio und seine Familie. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Wahre Erholung

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Alles da was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Vor allem die sehr netten Gastgeber haben sich um alles gekümmert. Der vom Gastgeber selbst angebaute Wein schmeckt wunderbar. Es haben alle den Aufenthalt genossen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Erholung pur

Liebe Magda, lieber Livio Was für ein herrliches und friedliches Flecklein auf Erden! Euer Domizil lädt zur Ruhe und Erholung ein. Wer die Natur liebt und fern vom Massentourismus sein möchte, ist bei euch genau richtig. Eure Terrasse und der ganz neu renovierte Pool haben es uns angetan. Aber auch im Innern eures Domizils haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts und war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben es auch genossen eure Aussenküche benutzen zu dürfen. Vor allem die Strände, die mit dem Auto und Fahrrad in kurzer Zeit gut erreichbar sind ( zu Fuss ist es ein wunderbarer Marsch, aber auch gut machbar) sind einfach wunderschön und vor allem nicht überfüllt mit Badegästen. Besonders der weite Blick vom Aussichtspunkt Pozdrav iz Raklja bleibt uns in unvergesslicher Erinnerung. Doch insbesondere eure herzliche und aufmerksame sowie hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft möchten wir erwähnen, die den Urlaub vollkommen abrunden. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Schön gelegenes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage und tollem Grundstück. Sehr gut und umfassend ausgestattet, gerade auch die Küche zum selbst kochen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus - ruhige Umgebung

Das Haus ist wunderbar geeignet für größere Familien. Es bietet große Räume, die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet, Sitzplätze, Garten rund um das ganze Haus. Alles ist sehr sauber. Livio und Magda sind sehr umsichtige Gastgeber, wir haben ihren guten Malvasier sehr genossen. Die Ruhe ums Haus ist sehr erholsam, kein Verkehrslärm. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße. Die Strände in der näheren Umgebung sind Naturstrände ohne Liegen etc. und sind teilweise zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dafür herrscht dort auch in der Hauptsaison kein Gedränge. Rakalj ist ein Ort, an dem der Massentourismus noch nicht eingezogen ist und besitzt das Flair eines ursprünglichen istrischen Dorfes. Im Shop des Ortes kann man alles kaufen, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Für naturverbundene Leute sehr empfehlenswert!

Villa Ulika Juli 2021

Der ideale Ort zum entschleunigen. Das Haus befindet sich in vollkommen ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung. Die ortsnahen Strände sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Istriens sind mit 1/2 bis 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit leicht zu erreichen. Es gibt zwar nur wenige Restaurants in der Nähe, die bieten aber sehr gutes Essen. Unschlagbar die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Wir hatten zwar nur eine Woche, die war aber rundum gelungen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
