Charming house in big garden with sea view, 10 minutes walk from the beach (west coast of the island, the village is called Patresi). The house consists of a spacious living room/open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The house is situated in a green valley that opens onto the bay of Patresi. From the pine trees shaded terrace, you have wonderful views of the sea and on clear days you can see Corsica on the horizon. In the evening, stunning sunsets await you! Ideal for couples. Patresi ist ein erholsames und "verschlafenes" Nest!
Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Der Ausbick vom Garten des Hauses ist einfach herrlich. Schon allein deshalb lohnt sich der Aufenthalt. Nicht so gut ist die Toilettensituation; da es so beschrieben war(kein Papier in die Toilette), konnten wir uns darauf einstellen und war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima; er wäre immer erreichbar gewesen.

Herrliche Urlaubsunterkunft mit traumhaften Meerblick
Wir schließen uns allen positiven Äußerungen und Kommentaren zu diesem Haus und vor allem der traumhaften Lage an. Wir waren wirklich mit allem zufrieden- es hätte nicht besser sein können. Vielen Dank! Kleiner Tipp: wir sind mit einem Wohnmobil angereist, das aufgrund der Länge nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken konnte. Wir haben an der Auffahrt zum Grundstück an der Straße an einer kleinen Bucht geparkt (neben dem Müllhäuschen) und mit einem Zettel in der Scheibe darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht campen sondern zum Haus gehören. Hat problemlos geklappt.

Grandiose Aussicht
Ein nettes Haus in exklusiver Lage. Der Meerblick mit dazu gehörenden Sonnenuntergang ein Traum. Man findet Ruhe und Endspannung auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit mehreren Plätzen zum Verweilen. Eine kleiner Jammerer auf hohen Niveau: Wenn der überaus große Kühlschrank noch ein Eisfach hätte, würde es die Einkaufslogistik etwas erleichtern, Stichwort Grillfleisch und Fisch. Würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus kommen.

Petit paradis
Petite maison ravissante au creux des monts d'Elbe. Dans un coin encore préservé du tourisme de masse, pour combien de temps ? Randonnées au départ de la maison. Sympathique bar snack à la plage en contre bas. La maison est simplement et confortablement aménagée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Bon conseils de l'hôte sur les restaurants, plages et balades. Le grand plus de cette maison : une orientation ouest face à la Corse et aux couchers de soleil incroyables. Une valeur sure !

Tolle Lage
Schönes Haus auf großem umzäunten Grundstück. Sensationeller Blick aufs Meer , es weht immer ein Lüftchen und das Grundstück bietet zu jeder Tageszeit Schattenplätzchen zum entspannen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen.

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf diesem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde. Eingebettet in den Hang der Felsen Elbas, ugebenvon Natur und ein grandioser Ausblick auf Korsika. Unser Hund fand es auch toll.

Die Aussicht...
...ist sicher einmalig und die waldartige Anlage mit den vielen Kiefern und Palmen hat ihren ganz besonderen Charme. Aber so gepflegt, wie auf vielen Bildern zu sehen, ist das Anwesen nicht mehr. Viele Pflanzen im der Natur überlassenen Garten, waren abgestorben oder von den Mufflons, die nachts auf´s Grundstück kommen, angefressen. Alles ist dick mit Baumnadeln bedeckt und die Mufflons hinterlassen auch überall ihren Kot. Eine Fensterscheibe war gesprungen und die WC-Spülung defekt (das war wohl schon länger bekannt, der Vermieter konnte aber auch während unseres Aufenthalts von einer Woche keine Reparatur aus der Ferne veranlassen). Es gibt keinen Wäscheständer und die zwischen Bäumen gespannte Wäscheleine war marode und gerissen. Offensichtlich wurden ehemals vorhandene Fliegengitter z. B. am Schlafzimmerfenster nicht ersetzt. Entgegen der Beschreibung ist das ganze Anwesen sicher NICHT ROLLSTUHLGERECHT!!! Überall Stufen, keine behindertengerechte Einrichtung!!! (War für uns nicht wichtig, sollte aber in der Anzeige korrigiert werden) Im ganzen Haus gibt es das Nötige, aber nicht viel mehr. So gibt es z. B. 2 Weingläser, aber die sind leider unterschiedlich. Für die Gartenmöbel gibt es keine Auflagen, auch eine Tischdecke für den hässlichen Plastiktisch, sucht man vergeblich. Die Möblierung ist zwar "zeitlos modern", aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. UND: man darf nichts in die Toilette werfen! Man muss das benutzte Toilettenpapier in einem Eimer sammeln und gesondert entsorgen! So lebt das Anwesen von der zugegeben herrlichen Aussicht und der relativ großen Ruhe. Allerdings hört man die Autos, die zur Badestelle ans Meer fahren, durchaus. Und die Badestellen haben einen "Strand" aus zum Teil recht großen Steinen bzw. besteht die Liegefläche unterhalb des Leuchtturms aus einer Betonfläche mit Leiter ins Wasser bzw. mit Bootsrampe. Die Kneipe dort hatte im Oktober auch schon geschlossen, öffentliches WC oder Dusche gibt es nicht. Abschließend möchte ich die gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorheben, zumal das Haus, als wir ankamen wegen plötzlicher Krankheit der Reinigungskraft nicht geputzt war. Hierfür hat sich Vermieter mehrmals entschuldigt und wir wurden angemessen entschädigt. Mussten aber eben erst mal selbst putzen. Nachdem wir uns mit all dem "angefreundet" hatten, hatten wir eine entspannte Woche mit tollem Blick auf´s Meer.
