For shared use: property, plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. 1.5 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Bus stop 2 km, ferry "Portoferraio" 32 km, pebble beach "Pratesi" 3.5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner only accepts bookings from customers who arrive in an all-terrain vehicle (4x4).
