This condo was clean, had some nice upgrades such as a water filtration system, adjustable king bed, coffee machine. The view and balcony was spectacular. The complex was quiet and everyone we ran into was so friendly and kind. The beach was a bit far from the door but we liked that! My son enjoyed playing catch on the super huge beach. I also appreciated that the host had many items available for use such as a wagon for the beach and kitchen items. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place!

This is our second year renting from Suzanne and everything was just as perfect as the last time. She leaves no detail to chance. The condo is immaculate, it has a well stocked kitchen, which you don’t always find in a rental, the beach chairs, accessories, and wagon worked out great. It is hard to pack when you fly, and there were so many things we didn’t have to contend with because she thought of everything.

I have been renting condos & homes on Marco Island for years, and I can say without hesitation that this property is the best-appointed condo I’ve ever stayed in. Suzanne is incredibly intentional; she hasn't just curated a beautiful space with a stunning view, she has perfected the guest experience.The attention to detail is unmatched—from the clearly labeled keys and adjustable bed to the thoughtfully placed power cubes and a generous supply of daily essentials. The condo is very clean and very well maintained. Beyond the property, Suzanne was the ultimate host, personally showing us the beach shortcut and property amenities. If you’re looking for a seamless stay, you won’t find a more thoughtful retreat. Highest recommendation.

Everything about our stay was perfect, we cannot wait to go back. The condo had everything we needed and more which was nice since we flew and couldn’t bring all of our own beach stuff. The beach chairs and wagon were life savers and made the long walk to the beach not feel so long! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The host was truly exceptional—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Suzanne went above and beyond, even assisting us with dinner reservations for a special holiday event. This was a great getaway place!I played a round of golf several mornings a week, while my wife enjoyed the beach just steps from our door. Afternoons were spent biking around the island - the whole place has such a laid back, welcoming vibe!We dined at local restaurants that truly impressed us, Great Seafood!And the view from the condo? It is a full sweep of the crescent beach, totally unobstructed and absolutely stunning.The unit was clean, stocked, and those Tempur-Pedic beds? Game-changer for a great night's sleep. Our family gathers on Marco Island every year, and finding this Condo felt like striking gold. It’s beautifully renovated, spacious, and has everything we need—from comfy beds for all six of us to quality dishes, cutlery, a great coffee pot, and even a small air fryer. We walked the beach daily, explored the island, and took boat excursions that made lasting memories. There are fabulous restaurants that are our go-to spots for amazing Italian food. The host was a pleasure to work with—responsive and thoughtful. We’re not going anywhere else. Already planning next year’s stay!
