Our home has beautiful wide water views from most areas of the house and ~1,800 square feet of well-layout indoor living space with a bright, and a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool with southern exposure. The house located only a few minutes walks to the sports center, Marco Island Historical Museum, library, and large multi-fun community park, and 9-minute bike to the white-sand beaches. Enjoy sun the whole day in the screened lanai overseeing a long canal and captivating view of a waterway, or enjoy the tropical breezes while sipping a cocktail under the palm trees on your own waterfront backyard beach area or fish from the private dock.

Some of the features included are 2 family rooms to enjoy, all 3 bedrooms have beautiful canal water views, bright kitchen facing beautiful waterfront, double sinks in each bathroom (both have larger than usual stand-up shower), 2 convertible sofa beds in the family & living rooms, high-powered pool heater, decorated lanai, and southern facing backyard beach to read & relax with a glass of wine/beer/cocktail enjoying the endless breeze coming from extended water canals or seeing boats passing by! Flexible sleeping arrangement -- master bedroom king size bed sleeps 2, guest bedroom #1 queen sleeps 2, guest bedroom #2 twin beds sleep 2, living room convertible sofa bed sleeps 1, and family room convertible sofa bed sleeps 1.

The house includes a full-size pool table, board games, cable TVs, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, 65" smart TV in living room, 60” TV in family room, 50” TV in master bedroom and the first guest bedroom, and 32" TV in 2nd bedroom. There are leather sofas and recliners, allowing for plenty of fun and family memories. The kitchen has a pass-through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining. The rental also included 5 bikes (with helmets), beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, outdoor gas grill, and a hot tub (5-person 22 jets) for enjoyment & relaxation!

You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and watch the pelicans & seabirds flying by right from the lanai!

- There will be a simple, standard vacation rental agreement (including rental terms and rules) to e-sign after booking, summarizing the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.

- Check yourself in with the keypad access, which will be provided along with a Welcome guide 14 days before check-in.

- WiFi passcode will be in the Welcome guide as well as Vrbo guest app.

- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.

- No security deposit is required; the property damage protection fee covers everything.

- To get you settle in, basic initial starter items are provided — paper towel, six 13-gallon trash bags, toilet paper, soap bar, and dishwasher soap, and detergent.

- No additional fee for bikes.

- No additional fee for the heated pool and spa; we ensure that all guests fully enjoy their stay, with no need to worry about hidden costs.

- No smoking or party.

City ordinance (strictly enforced by the city’s police department):
- No excessive noise; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Keep noise to a minimum in the lanai or pool area.
- No parking of trailers at the house; however, 6 hours of temporary parking is allowed during the transition to trailer storage facilities.
- No cars blocking the sidewalk; no parking on the lawn swale.
