It’s the ideal setting, inside and out. This 2,200 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, a sleeper sofa and 2.5 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, just a short drive from beaches, shopping and other island attractions.
The spacious lanai overlooks converging waterways, giving you a postcard-worthy view of palm trees reflecting off the still surface of the water. Go down to your own private dock and get acquainted with your new neighbors the seabirds and the jumping fish. You won’t be sitting there long before you spot a passing dolphin or manatee.
The centerpiece of the lanai is a spacious heated pool. The rear southern exposure means the pool gets a full day’s worth of sun. The kids will never want to come in and they won’t have to since you’ve got a gas grill to barbeque up a poolside lunch.
Exquisite furnishings perfectly complement the serene waterway outside. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light. The dining room table looks out French windows to the lush garden outside.
