Come relax in this newly renovated Southwest Florida home. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, that is close to several restaurants, three grocery stores and shopping. This island cottage has lush tropical landscape and is decorated in neutral tones, and beach themed decor. The best part of this house is that it is located less than two miles from Marco Island's beautiful white sand beaches! This island house is in an established neighborhood that is very quiet and family friendly.

Relax in the warm Florida sunshine by the private pool in the enclosed screened lanai. You can take a nap, or read a book on the oversized wicker outdoor sofa on the upper balcony that overlooks the pool. A dining table and refrigerator are located outside to enjoy meals alfresco while swimming or enjoying the sunshine. Several comfortable chairs are on the upper balcony so that you can enjoy your morning coffee. The pool deck has two comfortable chaise lounges to lay on while soaking up the warm rays of the sun. The private in ground pool has an extra large shelf on the uppermost step where you can sit to play with the little ones in the shallow water. The pool is equipped with a heater and a solar cover to keep the water nice and comfortable during every season of the year.

There is no need to rent bikes while sight seeing on the island because we have provided six bicycles of various sizes for you to use during your stay.

The house is stocked with everything that you need for a trip to one of the white sand beaches of Marco. There are beach buggies to carry the provided chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels for a day at the beach. We have several sand buckets, shovels, boogie boards, and shell bags for those who like to walk along the beach and collect the beautiful sea shells that wash up on the shores of Marco.

The house is centrally located and is within minutes to many of the area restaurants and shops. There are two Publix grocery stores and a Winn Dixie with a 5 minute drive. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, the gas station, drugstores, and a couple banks are all within a five minute drive.

The living room is decorated with an island theme, and has two comfortable large sofas and a loveseat so that everyone has plenty of room to relax and enjoy watching television, playing games, or talking about the great day they had at the beach. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests comfortably and there is additional seating outdoors to enjoy meals poolside.

For guests who enjoy staying in and cooking the house has a modern kitchen complete with an induction cooktop and a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean up. The kitchen is stocked with several small appliances for your convenience such as; a crockpot, blender, hand mixer, toaster, and a coffee maker.

The house has an oversized flat screen television in the common area with local channels, HBO, and a few other cable channels. The house has wifi, and an additional television located in the master bathroom. You can enjoy watching DVDs, playing board games, or reading one of the books in the library while relaxing on your vacation.

There is a large washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and each bathroom has a blowdryer.

The master suite is complete with a walk in closet, a comfortable king size bed, and the master bathroom has a luxurious soaking tub and beautiful tiled shower. A desk with a printer is provided in case there is some work that has to be done while on your vacation.

The first guest room has a luxurious Stearns and Foster queen size bed, a dresser and a large closet. All of the closets have plenty of space to hang clothes and dressers to put all of your things during your stay.
The second guest room is complete with two twin beds, dresser, and a large closet.

If you have time, visit the the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Reserve or the Collier County State Park, both are located on the mainland, and they are worth a visit for anyone who enjoys birdwatching, nature trails, and seeing the coastal woodlands.

Mackle Park is within walking distance or a short drive. It has outdoor and indoor activities that can be enjoyed at no cost. The park has basketball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffle board, There is a playground area for the children and the center of the park has a lake that is surrounded by a paved jogging/exercise trail.

The local YMCA is within walking distance and allows the purchase of daily passes so that you can participate in classes, play tennis, do water classes or use the equipment.

The local manager for the house lives next door. They will do their best to answer any questions or assist you if an unforeseen problem should arise.
