The room was very clean, but the bed was too high up and my husband had to help me get on it. Because the pool was under renovation we weren’t able to use it. Then the view from my balcony was the renovation itself. It was very ugly to look at and very noisy, I had to keep the curtains closed because the workers kept looking inside the room

Room we stayed in 1005 even that is non smoking room but ac has terrible smell like someone has smoked cigar in there smelt strong i had to spray some air freshener .. Also room had ant issue where the main bed is i have seen lots of ants around .. Besides that everything was great.

Beautifull, great old school resort on the Ocean. All top quality, marble, very nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the pool was being renovated, so no pool, and also the onsite restaurant was closed for the season. Looking forward to coming back once restaurant opens.

Swimming pool and and other buildings in process of remodel even on 9th floor could Not use outside balcony that we paid extra for because of the smell from the broken smashed old concrete and smell from rancid water left in swimming pool. No person in management to voice complaint. Dont put this place on your site don’t let othe people get screwed loke us. Could mot even take a picture of the sunset because of all the construction Extreme disaster having booked this hotel through Hotel.com

Its very relaxing, valet and front desk staff excellent. I wish i knew theres was no pool since its going under construction. Also they start removing the beach chair and umbrellas too early before sunset but overall i had a great experience.
