This property is very dated. The beds had this foam mattress topper if yo got to close to the edge you slid out of bed. The elevator was down 3 of our 4 days we had to use the service elevator. The air conditioner was very loud, you could not sleep with it going.The valet staff wonderful The location was great the outside of the property was well maintained. Not worth the money we paid

The valet TK was so friendly and helpful. He gave us restaurant recommendations and was very warm and kind. The room was comfortable with a nice view. The only issue was 2/3 mornings while we were enjoys the balcony the landscaper were power washing and weed whacking which made it a bit unpleasant to sit outside. The beach was a close walk with chairs and umbrellas provided. It’s a great place for a weekend get away. We would definitely stay there in the future.

Reception team always greeted us with enthusiasm. Beach access and lounge chairs with beach towels and umbrella were fully enjoyed! View from our balcony each morning and evening was memorable.

Can’t use beach bathrooms because they are owned by a private club. You have to walk a long way into hotel to use lobby bathrooms. Our bathroom cabinets were peeling. There was a note that they do not offer housekeeping. The beach towels were in a closet in the room. We walked all the way to the beach to get out chairs and towels and were told to go back to room to get towels. Beach bar is privately owned but they lets pay cash to get a drink.

We have been coming here for years when it was a traditional hotel. Now it is condos which you can rent. Although some of the amenities are gone, the staff is great, space is nice with kitchenette, great pool and access to beach. Shower was teeny tiny but we’d still come back.

Not what it once was. Well kept clean rooms right on the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island. Umbrella and chairs at the beach provided depending on the unit (also valet service depending on the unit). This is no longer a hotel as the units have been sold as condos to individual owners. The name has been changed to Marco Beach Ocean Suites to reflect the change in services. No more room or beach/poolside service, towels, or water at the beach (as was in the past). You aren't even allowed to use the bathrooms at the beach grill area. Beach/pool towels are provided in the rooms which you have to take to the pool/beach yourself. If you want a full service hotel, skip this place and book a room at the adjacent Marriott or Hilton hotels.
