Pool area was great for relaxing by, having meals around. and was very clean and warm. House was spacious and clean, minus a stained sofa, which we covered with sheets during our stay. Also had to launder comforters, which smelled stale and were dirty in kids room. Location was great for walking to the beach, as well as restaurants that were close by. Neighborhood was nice also, but we did have a very loud yelling family renting behind us for the first week, which of course is beyond the owner’s control. Could have had some basics for starting out with other than TP and paper towels (had spices), as there was no dish soap, pods, no sponge or dish cloth, no windex, broom or mop, and no welcome information as to garbage day, pool cleaning day, etc. Overall it was a nice stay, great house for families or couples. Did not like that the doorbell cams kept track of us coming and going.

April Get-A-Way

We had an enjoyable week on Marco with our son, grandchildren and great-grandchild. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and it was conveniently located close to beach access. Beds were comfortable, pool was refreshing and well maintained. Host was very responsive to questions.

Great Location to Beach Well Kept Pool

The house is easy walking distance to the beach as well as a variety of restaurants. The owner has a variety of beach items for use including a wagon to haul your gear. The screened in swimming pool was exceptionally clean and maintained at a perfect temperature for the season and allowed plenty of sun if desired or shade in the covered sitting area. the pass through window in the kitchen to patio is a neat feature for serving refreshments and snacks.The host communication was great and property was very clean with most basic kitchen amenities.

Great Stay!

Great Location!

Fantastic location easily walkable to the JW Marriott. Pool is nice and we really enjoyed the lanai. Lots of linens and a reasonably well stocked kitchen. Trash is picked up twice a week which is really nice.

Dead cockroach when we first entered, found out the hard way there were ants!! Got into everything. Electrical in areas and tv 2 nd bedroom didn’t work. Pool was wonderful and maintained, location was key!! Happy for the most part, and oh, front door didn’t close easily

Great little getaway

Lovely home for the four of us on Marco Island

Us and two of our adult children enjoyed our stay in this fine home on Marco Island. We spent most of the time at the home using the refreshing covered pool that was covered in a cage that kept the bugs away. Everything we needed was there. We had a good time.
