Completely remodeled with new bathrooms and kitchen upgrade. Washer and dryer in the unit.The famous Snook Inn, which is in walking distance is always worth a visit!
Old Marco has lovely restaurants you can walk to, unique shops to find treasures to keep.
This condo is located in the old part of Marco Island where you find unique smaller restaurants with amazing local seafood. Small specialty shops you can browse through to buy gifts to take home for your lasting memory. This unit is unfortunately( because of its narrow rooms )not suitable for wheelchair bound or mobility impaired people.

River front condo
We had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Marco Island! The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was fantastic—perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine.Our favorite part of the trip was spending time on the patio, watching boats glide by and dolphins swim in the water. It was such a peaceful and picturesque experience that made our vacation truly special. Marlene was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful.We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a serene escape on Marco Island!

We couldn't get over the view from the condo.we got to see dolphins and manatees all day long every day.and we are looking forward to coming back next year.such a great location.

Perfect location with fabulous views. Fishing right out the patio! Very clean and wonderful host!
This was our first time to Marco Island and some how we found the best location on the Island. Very clean and comfortable condo with everything we needed already on site. One of our best vacations we had and I can definitely say it had a lot to do with where we stayed. Had such a great time fishing right out the condo on the dock. Met some amazing neighbors who are very friendly and taught us a lot about the fishing. The host was super friendly and even met us when we checked is to go over everything on site which was a huge help. We absolutely loved everything about our stay here and we will definitely be coming back to the same place for years to come!!

Very clean unit. Peaceful, quiet setting by water...can sit outside and watch all the boats go by. Beautiful sunsets. Pool right outside unit. We swam 3 times a day.....so refreshing. Furnished nicely with washer/dryer in unit. Contemporary/ traditional furniture mix, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Owner responds to questions and provides
assistance promptly if needed. Would definitely consider staying there again if we return. Thank you.

In this beautiful river front condo! Gorgeously decorated with a large swimming pool directly out our back door and patio out the front door just steps from a pier on the river. Wonderfully, communicative owner!
