Dream villa in the heart of the Dolomites
Our detached house with garden is located about 5 minutes walk from the village center in a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by the pale mountains of the Dolomites and by green or snow-covered meadows.
The ski bus stop (winter) is right in front of the house. The children's playground (summer) and the cross-country ski run (winter) are only a few minutes' walk from the house. There is also a bakery in the annex.
The house (200m2) extends over 2 floors, whereby on the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 room with bunk beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 closet room. On the first floor there is a spacious, bright living room with a large sofa and TV-SAT, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small farmhouse parlor, a gallery, a day toilet and, on request, a laundry room (washing machine and ironing board and iron) , as well as 2 balconies. The ski depot is in the basement. WiFi is also available throughout the house.

The house is very comfortable with all we needed for a ski vacation. The ski bus stop is directly opposite the house. Jutta was very welcoming and understanding. St Vigilio and the Kronplatz are really nice! Highly recommended!!

Ideal and idyllic
Our summertime stay in this spacious, immaculate villa was delightful. It had mountain views from all angles, a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces where our three-generation family could gather for meals or be apart. The location, right at the edge of the Fanes-Braies preserve, across from the bus and near bakery, groceries and excellent restaurants, was ideal. An issue with the coffee maker was quickly resolved by Jutta. It was fabulous to return to this place after hikes in the beautiful Dolomites.

Very relaxing
We were 2 couples travelling together. Jutta left very clear instructions for us getting access to the house and she called in later to give us information on the area. The house is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms had electric blinds. As we were in San Vigilio in the off season a lot of restaurants werenât open. As we had been travelling for a couple of weeks already and eating in restaurants every night, so we were very happy to be able to eat in. There is a large Spar in walking distance and a bakery next door where we would go and get pastries for breakfast every morning. There is a laundry and again after travelling was very welcome. The location was central for us as we ventured to different parts of the area.

GerÀumiges Objekt in super Lage
Das Objekt ist fĂŒr 6 Personen sehr gerĂ€umiges gewesen. Alles wichtige war da. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Familie Ties. Bei allen Anfragen wurde uns geholfen. Die Lage des Hauses war fĂŒr uns ideal. Wir konnten mit den Wanderbus zum Ende vom Tal fahren, um einige Wanderungen zu starten. Alle gröĂeren StĂ€dte sind gut erreichbar fĂŒr Sightseeingtour und Shopping. Zum Kronplatz waren es 20 min Fahrt. Eine wunderschöne Gegend. St. Vigil hat ebenfalls eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants, welche fĂŒr uns alle zu FuĂ erreichbar waren. Mehrere BĂ€cker und ein Supermarkt machten einen Aufenthalt hier sehr komfortabel. Erholsame zwei Wochen haben wir hier verbracht und es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank !

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Nette Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön in einer perfekten Lage direkt bei einem traumhaften Naturpark. Das Dorf ist ebenfalls schön. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein sehr schönes und groĂes Ferienhaus
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen in dem Haus. Es ist perfekt gelegen, mitten im Ort St.Vigill. BĂ€cker ĂŒnd Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die Lifte erreicht man nach zehn Minuten zu FuĂ oder man nimmt den Skibus, welcher unmittelbar vor dem Haus startet.
