- Dogs are allowed indoors but not on furniture or in bedrooms.
- Bring your dog’s own bedding and bowls.
- Please ensure the property is left clean and free from fur, drool, or waste.
- Dogs must not be left alone at the property (inside or outside).
- Please manage barking or digging to avoid disturbing neighbours.

- What is the bedding configuration?
One bedroom with a king bed, two with queen beds, and one with twin single bunk bed. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests. Pool towels not provided.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes — pets are allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot/highchair available upon request for a small fee.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests.
- Where are the bedrooms located?
All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor

The property has two bathrooms: Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet, while the shared bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available.

The property may be suitable, but minimal assistance may be needed as there are a few steps present.

Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
