Beautiful Villa on the Coast in Sevid

Sevid is a small place not far from Trogir with family houses and concrete beaches and is ideal for a quiet and peaceful vacation. In this small but beautiful place is located Villa Matija. It consists of ground and first floor. The ground floor has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a bathroom with shower and one just toilet. All rooms have access to a large terrace which is equipped with garden furniture overlooking sea and the swimming pool. The ground floor and first floor are connected by external stairs. On the first floor there are two units. In the first part there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms have a balcony. The living room can accommodate two people on the couch. In front of this part of the house is a terrace with outdoor seating. The second part of the first floor there is another special unit consisting of a bedroom, kitchen, small place to eat, bathroom with shower and a balcony which offers an excellent view of the sea and the resort. Two units on the first floor are connected by a common terrace. In front of the villa features a private swimming pool and the sea is at a distance of 5 m (first row to the sea).This villa has a private sun deck with lounge chairs and secured parking available in front of the Villa. Guests have access to a boat mooring / on request and by appointment. On demand we organise airport transfers for our guests.
