Gîte of 72m² on ground floor + first floor. On the ground floor, living room with kitchen open to the dining area and lounge + toilet. Upstairs, shower room + toilet, reading area with extra bed and a bedroom with a 160 bed. The 2nd bedroom is on an open mezzanine with two 90 beds. Possibility of renting another gîte for 4 people 50 meters away (n°2092). In the Monts du Lyonnais, a low mountain region, discover the gîte "les lilas" located between the Rhône and Loire departments, in the village of its pretty town of Maringes. The gîte has a beautiful enclosed outdoor space of 400m² with a garden and a courtyard and a wooden terrace of 20m².
