It is a semi-detached house part of a carefully restored villa and perfectly blends its antique structure, decorated with modern and rustic furniture. Situated on the ground floor, it features four spacious bedrooms, a large living room and two kitchens, making it a comfortable stay for a group of 8.

As you enter, the gate opens onto a courtyard equipped with a barbecue and patio for pleasant outdoor dining with splendid views of the mountains. A delightful barn offers a dining room. On the other side is a beautifully maintained garden, equipped with sun loungers for you to have pleasant moments of relaxation. Inside, you will find a vibrant living room furnished with sofas and a table, leading onto a bright and comfortable dining room. On the left of the entrance is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven and a fridge with a freezer at your disposal. A fireplace in the kitchen, a separate dining table and a sofa make it even more characteristic.

If you want to explore some outdoor activities and stay close to nature, Torrente Nievole offers hiking and fishing at Lago Nievole, accessible within 11 minutes by car. Meanwhile, you could also go swimming at a public pool, a 15-minute drive from here.

If you drive a little further, you can explore the other historical sites like Ponte detto di Dante and Margine del Minneti, leading to the medieval ruins of Pieve di Furfalo, which are reachable in 15-18 minutes by car. The area also offers pizzerias and restaurants for local food and can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car.
