Hotels com'dan 2 gecelik peşin ödeme ile konakladım.Otele check-in için geldiğimde klima kullanımının extra olduğunu ve bunun için 10 GBP ödemem gerektiğini söylediler.Çok seyahat eden biri olduğum halde bu ilk defa duyduğum bir şeydi.Akabinde ödemeyeceğimi ve hotels com rezervasyonumda klima dahil olduğunu söyledim ve telefonla hotels com'a ulaştım onlarda otelle görüştüler ama yetkili birine ulaşamadıklarını buna rağmen haklı olduğumu ve ödeme yapmamamı söylediler. Ve ben ödeme yapmadım. Buna rağmen otelin benden profesyonellikten ve ciddiyetten uzak ilk defa duyduğum talebi olması beni gerçekten üzdü.
