The front desk lady was unwelcoming. It was pouring rain outside and she didn't care. I know the checking is 3:00 pm and there was no car in the parking lot and I'm sure the room was ready and available. Most of the hotels we stayed in were very accomodating and super friendly and kind.

Customer service was excellent! Very friendly staff. The hotel was dated but in good condition. We arrived late in the evening so the days traffic was evident near entryways, but appeared to be clean overall. The room was dated but very clean. Upon entering the room it smelled like cigarette smoke and the window was open. We turned the fan on and the smell went away. The carpet was vacuumed but stained. Breakfast was excellent! Overall stay was great!

My ding in cleanliness was due to housekeeping leaving a lot of unattended linen carts in the hallway requiring me to maneuver around. This was not a cart by a room they were cleaning, but near the housekeeping storage area. I would still stay again if in the area.

The rooms have not been vacuumed around the edges in a very long time. The hot tub was out of order, and the public restrooms were out of order. The beds were comfortable and it was a reasonably priced place to sleep on our way through.

PROS: Rooms are clean. Staff: pleasant, courteous,friendly.Rooms were clean. CONS: Older spring matresses were very uncomfortable. Woke up with sore back. Motel had water issues so many ameneties were out of order. Not the properties fault, just disappointing. Rooms could use updates.
