Beautiful villa with lovely large pool. The villa had a maid who was available for as much or little help as you want. She made two big excellent family evening Moroccan meals for us during our two weeks there. It takes about 15minutes by taxi to the main square in Marrakesh. We had a couple of minor concerns when we were there that the host sorted promptly. We would recommend this villa stay to groups or families looking to relax.

GREAT VILLA! We were scammed online by two other property owners on different sites (well, they tried to, one did take some money from us, but this host was DIFFERENT. She was a good host!!!!! Safe, quiet, perfect villa! So happy. Host had good communication with us, whenever we needed help, she was responding quickly. One thing i did not like, the fact that this woman (a maid i guess?) who seemed to live next door or so, she was always at the property usually in the mornings & early afternoon. We thought we'd be alone. We wanted to wake up and do our own thing. We were told she could make us food/drink as long as we bought it - but we didn't need that service. She didn't mean to, but kept leaving the doors open which meant we found quite a few big ugly cockroaches inside. She was a lovely woman though and cleaned the pool and washed dishes etc. When we arrived, the wifi wasn't working, so we had to wait a few hrs for that to be resolved. And then, we had trouble accessing data, and transport around the area was difficult to get, so we relied on cabs. The first evening, we asked the security men for a cab and they made us wait for over an hour, the wrong vehicle came then the right one came. The surrounding area was so nice, so lush so pretty. I did see little ants in the kitchen though, on the table tops. It's interesting to mention that the huge POOL in the first picture IS NOT FROM THIS PROPERTY. keep clicking the pics and you'll see the actual pool.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé.Tout était clair et bien organisé avec le propriétaire.En revanche, le jour de notre départ, son épouse m’a appelée de manière assez agressive pour faire un point, ce que je n’ai pas compris puisque tout avait déjà été convenu avec son mari.Concernant Fatima, rien à redire : ses plats étaient délicieux.Seuls quelques points à améliorer :La piscine n’avait pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivée.Dans la salle de bain, la paroi de douche étant trop petite, l’eau se répandait à chaque utilisation, ce qui créait un risque de glissade.

Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine , le grand espace de vie au rez-de-chaussee et la cuisine de fatima . Si je devais noter le point négatif c’est le bruit des lits qui grincent à chaque mouvement

Alors pour commencer une villa cosy décorer avec gout ,et une piscine juste idéale.un propriétaire au petit soin avec sa gouvernante fatima qui a été tout au long du séjour attentionné. Si vous voulez découvrir l’hospitalité marocaine c’est l’endroit idéal… je vous le recommande les yeux fermés..

Un séjour idéal dans une belle maison

Nous avons pu profiter de la location pendant la première semaine de l'année. La maison est grande. Elle peut être chauffée pour les moments frais et bien aérée pour les coups de chaleur. Les lits sont très agréables, et les salles de bain aussi. Le grand plus, c'est la présence de Fatima qui nous a cuisiné de très bons plats, pains, crêpes. Un vrai régal. La piscine était froide mais bon, en janvier, nous n'en attendions pas plus ;) Merci pour l'excellent moment !

Villa spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée, dans un environnement calme, bien situé à 20mn de Gueliz. Grande piscine entretenue avec jardin agréable. Un coup de cœur pour Fatima et ses délicieux repas ainsi que ses petits déjeuners gourmands, très discrète et accueillante.

vacances au calme

Grande maison très agréable , jardin assez grand et piscine entretenue, le tout dans une résidence gardée . Fatima nous a choyés avec ses recettes locales et ses crêpes le matin . Avons passé un séjour très reposant . Le propriétaire , joignable facilement , nous a proposé les services de transfert depuis l'aéroport , ainsi que pour nous promener . Seul bémol : lave-vaisselle en panne (le propriétaire a promis de le changer ) et internet un peu lent , mais nous étions nombreux à être connectés . Nous reviendrons certainement .

Très bonne semaine à 2 familles

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. La maison est vaste et bien agencée sur trois niveaux. Jardin et piscine très agréable. La cuisinière nous a préparé d’excellents repas. La maison se situe dans un lotissement sécurisé très agréable avec un jardin d’enfants commun dont nous avons profité. Très bonne situation pour les courses, le centre de Marrakech à 20mîn et les montagnes de l’Atlas. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Ryad excellent pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce magnifique Ryad dans une résidence sécurisée.de plus Malika nous as préparé de très bon petit déjeuner et pour les repas couscous et tajine délicieux. La piscine et le jardin très agréable et bien entretenu, mais l eau à cette époque est froide seules les 2 petites filles se sont baignées et ont pu jouer au parcs de jeux de la résidence. Malika est une personne très agréable et discrète.je recommande ce Ryad pour d excellentes vacances en famille.

maison agréable proche de Marrakech

Séjour très agréable, maison bien agencée avec piscine proche de Marrakech. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs à nos demandes et de bon conseil. La cuisinière était excellente et très sympathique. Un supermarché à proximité, la Palmeraie est également à quelques minutes.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les chambres spacieuses avec leurs terrasses privatives ! La pièce à vivre est très agréable pour passer des bonnes soirées en famille. Les jardins et la piscine sont très agréables pour passer de très belles journées ensoleillées. Enfin, un grand merci à Malika qui nous a préparé d’excellents plats tout le long de la semaine ! Je recommande fortement cette maison, nous reviendrons !

Jolie Villa

Jolie petite villa avec piscine privée. Mounia et Adnane sont reactifs, gentils et serviables. Ils ont proposé de nous faire les courses vu que nous n'avions pas de voiture. Nous avons pris leur chauffeur et leur dame de maison pour le séjour. Le chauffeur est vraiment super, ponctuel, agréable, réactif. La dame de maison ne parle pas français ce qui n'est pas très pratique et n'a pas été un atout particulier pour le séjour finalement. Au global très bon séjour
