The pools and the aqua park are the best part of this resort plus the activities such as tennis, aqua Zumba.
The grounds itself are not well maintained with some things broken like our shower door not closing properly or broken tiles throughout some of the walking paths.
Check-in is very timely with no decent system, queues and other guests pushing in and the staff still deal with their query. Once checked in you then have to queue again for cashier if you want to hire a towel or check in early. You cannot do this at the same desk and with the same person.
The food is repeated most nights, with poor quality meat. The breakfast is the best meal. But they donât have milk next to hot water machine for when you have tea unless you have warm milk. You need to get cold milk from where cereals are. You can only have wine with meals if you want spirits or cocktails you need to go to the bar outside.
A few improvements and this could be great!
